Duggar was taken into custody in Arkansas.
He was arrested last week in Washington County, and originally held in a detention center without bail.
This all began back in November 2019...
When Homeland Security was reportedly investigating the car dealership where he works.
Agents went to the dealership in Springdale, AR...
And there were reports they even raided the Duggar family home. Though of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the controversy.
The Duggars rose to fame thanks to the reality show 19 Kids and Counting...
But while the family portrayed a wholesome image...
There have been quite a few scandals over the years.
TLC eventually pulled the plug on the show in 2015 following Josh Duggar's scandal involving young children.
At the time, Josh said: "Twelve years ago, as a young teenager. I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret."

He continued, "We spoke with authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling."
The incidents occurred when he was fourteen, in 2002 and 2003.
The family didn't report the incidents until the statute of limitations passed in 2006. At the time Josh said he believed God showed him mercy and gave him redemption.
When asked about the current investigation, a Duggar family spokesperson initally said it's not true "any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind."
The spokesperson added, "Living a life in the public's eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of 'fake news' that is circulated online. It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so."
However, it looks like things have escalated...
Now as far as we know, Josh's only current legal dispute up until now is a civil lawsuit for real estate fraud.
However, it looks like his latest arrest is for something far more severe...
A source exclusively told The Sun "The family has known that this has been coming for weeks, and Josh has been preparing himself. They are praying together for Josh and Anna, who is standing by her husband as she always has.
"Family members are extremely concerned by what is happening and they just want to find out the truth.
"They know that this will put them in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons, and are stunned they are having to go through this again."
"The family will be speaking out shortly and hope this in many ways will bring them closer together and even closer to God."
Duggar appealed for bail, claiming he's not a flight risk.
He's claimed he's too famous to be at risk of leaving the country.
And "has no criminal convictions, and has known about this federal criminal investigation since November 2019 when Homeland Security Investigations executed a search of Duggar's prior workplace," according to TMZ.
He also "has a widely-recognizable face and has spent the majority of his life in the public spotlight — making any concern that he is a risk of flight all the more unwarranted."
And now, it's been granted.
Duggar has been granted release from jail while pending trial.
But he won't be going home...
As part of the conditions set out by the judge, Duggar will be in home confinement but he will not be sent to his own residence.
The conditions also pair Duggar with a GPS ankle monitor.
While on release, Duggar will be able to visit his own children but only if their mom is present.
TMZ reports that he can't have any contact with minors or possess any internet devices.
Duggar's trial is currently scheduled for July 6.
