Jojo Siwa Announces She's Pansexual

After being open with her sexuality and her relationship, Jojo Siwa has now announced that she identifies as pansexual.

Siwa has been dominating headlines.

And we all know why!

Since coming out, Siwa has sadly received a wide array of mixed responses...

But all in all, fans are overjoyed with the teenager's transparency about her own identity and sexuality and now, she's delved even further.

In february, she revealed she had a girlfriend in an anniversary post.

And now, she's opened up about feeling genuinely happy for the first time...

In the last couple of years, Siwa has risen to unprecedented levels of fame.

She now has over twelve million followers on her YouTube channel alone, with her vlogs and music videos each raking in millions of views.

But she wasn't always a YouTuber...

Siwa has an extensive list of accolades that have made her who she is today.

Her time in the spotlight began on a very popular TV show...

Dance Moms.

The star made her first appearance on Abby Lee Miller's show back in its 4th season.

The show, which has since skyrocketed the likes of Maddy Ziegler to fame, introduced us to the energetic and bubbly young girl - and she certainly made an impact.

But it wasn't long before she found her second calling in life.

While she was getting her bearings with life as a social media star, Siwa found some success in the world of music.

Her most popular tracks include "Boomerang" and "Kid in a Candy Store"...

Songs that have seen her tour the globe.

But in the last few months, Siwa's fans have been talking about something else entirely.

As stated earlier, Siwa made a groundbreaking announcement regarding her personal life earlier this year.

The teen sensation came out.

She made the brave decision to reveal her sexuality to her followers.

And recently, she's gone even further into the details, revealing that she actually identifies as pansexual.

And of course, support has been pouring in.

It all started when Siwa first filmed herself on TikTok miming along to the lyrics of "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga:

"No matter gay, straight or bi, lesbian, transgender life, I'm on the right track baby I was born to survive."

She quickly followed up her video with this Twitter post...

Where she showed off a gift from her cousin; a t-shirt that reads, "Best Gay Cousin Ever."

Of course, with every celebrity announcement comes negativity...

And even though the teen received a few comments of negativity - and was even swatted as a publicity stunt by the media - she has taken it all in her stride and is clearly happier than ever.

Well, it turns out that Siwa is no longer single...

As she revealed to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that she actually has a girlfriend and they're very happy together.

We're glad she's got the support she needs.

And clearly, she feels confident enough to discuss her sexuality further because she has recently announced that she's pansexual!

In this week's People cover story, Siwa opened up more about her love life as well as her sexuality.

"I still don't know what I am," she said referring to her sexuality. "It's like, I want to figure it out."

She continued:

"I don't know, bisexual, pansexual, queer, lesbian, gay, straight. I always just say gay because it just kind of covers it, or queer because I think the keyword is cool…"

But then she also added this:

"Technically, I would say that I am pansexual, because that's how I have always been my whole life is just, like, my human is my human."

We're just happy that she's happy!
